Crossroads Tradition was formed as Larry and Susan began to travel and teach workshops together in 1997.  It is our main spiritual organization which welcomes many paths and belief systems into a single focal blend.  From it comes Pagans Supporting Pagans Artisan Cooperative, AskAWitch.org, Project Goddess Outreach, Moonsilvered Magickal Things and many other endeavors.  The main Temple is located in Brooklyn, NY where the HP/HPS reside.  All of the commercial areas of Crossroads go to support these 2 ministers and failitate the  programs they provide to the community at large and the membership of Crossroads.

Crossroads HPS:   Ordained Minister, Rev. Susan Davis. 
Originally trained in Horsa and  3rd degreed from Houston coven.  Hands-on and trance distance healer, counselor, REIKI Master in USUI/SKHM, terminal patient/family vigils and veilwalker. Susan uses her shamanic style trance work to both commune with spirit and to assist those making transition to reach the veil and pass into spirit smoothly.  She also uses trance healing, shapeshifting, and shadow work to both learn and teach.  If it helps to explain to you:  Heyoke is her personal trainer.

Crossroads HP:  Ordained Minister, Rev. Lawrence P. Harney Jr. 
Saged HP/3rd Degree Wiccan Egyptian path.  Career USAF (retired). Master of the Crystal Singing Bowls, accupressurist, Tarot reader using the Cosmic deck, and past-life regressionist.   Larry studied his craft in both England and Japan while stationed there...and we get the benefit of his experiences.  Big, hairy, scary Grandpa with his patented truama kit to scare the unwary and his love of hand puppets and bad jokes.  Firetender extrordinaire...and he tones constantly, a steady rumble of sound, which is very addictive.

We have coveners in 7 states and Europe and, whenever possible, we find an excuse to circle with them.  When we are not being all serious and spiritual, we don our party hats and Llama Nation emerges....our own family of silly witches who camp together at the events we teach workshops for.  Our loves travel from near and far to join this sacred grove and camp around the fire with us.  This next Gather the family will include our sons and daughters, sisters and brothers of spirit from the W. Coast and from Ireland.  We spend lots of time online...indeed it is how we met each other...and we do a lot of online counselling, as well as using it for teaching our students far away.  Larry and Susan are both ruled by the belief that laughter itself is an energy source...and that those who can learn to smile despite the pain can truly walk in joy and love.  They will also drop everything to race across the country to hug someone in need.

Crossroads is a group of independent covens and solitary witches from many varying traditions.  Each member is given the attention and teachings/guidance needed to enrich their own lives and spirit.  Some teaching are formal and some are more esoteric, but each of our students seems content with the progress made along their path and we are very selective about whom we will take on.  Crossroads does not teach Wicca 101 classroom types of lessons.  Our students range from Pagan to Native American systems of belief, so there is no set one way we do things, it all flows as it should, each person receiving what they need and sharing what they know, in a community based in love. 

Crossroads is bounded by mutual respect and a commitment to acting in impartiality, truth, and mastery of self and your own personal universe, taking responsibility for actions, words and deeds...and knowing that nobody is perfect, certainly not the founders.  When it gets too deep we have been known to appear 20 strong at a drumcircle wearing neon colored sparkly fuzzy slippers or to begin to refer to each person by their sacred Llama Name.  Laughter heals...
